This Privacy Policy explains how Heatseek Capital LLC (formerly H L R LLC), an Arizona limited liability company doing business as GOMOUNT™ ("GOMOUNT," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, and shares your personal information when you visit www.gomountcase.com (the "Site"), make a purchase, or otherwise contact us. Our store runs on Shopify.

By using the Site, you acknowledge that you've read this Privacy Policy. If it conflicts with our Terms of Service, this Privacy Policy controls for how we handle your personal information.

At a glance

  • We collect what we need to process your order, ship it, support you, and improve the Site.
  • We never see or store your full card number. Payments are handled by Shopify and its payment partners.

  • Order information: items you view, add to cart, purchase, return, or exchange, plus payment confirmation details. Full card numbers are handled by our payment processors, not by us.

  • Communications: anything you send us, such as support emails, photos for warranty claims, and survey responses.
  • Device and usage information: IP address, browser, device type, pages visited, and how you interact with the Site, collected through cookies and similar technologies.

Where it comes from

  • From you, when you place an order, create an account, sign up for emails, or contact us.
  • Automatically, through cookies, pixels, and similar tools when you use the Site.
  • From service providers and partners that help us run the store, such as Shopify, payment processors, shipping carriers, and advertising platforms.

How we use it

  • To run your order: process payments, ship orders, send order and tracking updates, and handle returns, exchanges, and warranty claims.
  • To support you: answer questions and resolve issues.
  • To market to you: send emails or texts you've signed up for, and show you ads on other sites and apps based on your activity. You can unsubscribe or opt out anytime.
  • To improve the Site: understand what's working and fix what isn't.
  • To keep things secure: detect and prevent fraud and abuse.
  • For legal reasons: comply with the law, respond to valid legal requests, and enforce our terms.

Who we share it with

  • Service providers who help us operate, including Shopify (hosting and checkout), payment processors, shipping carriers, email and SMS providers, analytics, and customer support tools. They may only use your information to provide services to us.
  • Advertising and marketing partners, such as Meta and Google, to measure and show ads. Under some state laws this may count as "sharing" or "selling" personal information for targeted advertising. See "Your choices" below to opt out.
  • Legal and safety: when required by law or to protect our rights, customers, or others.
  • Business transfers: if our business, or GOMOUNT™, is reorganized, merged, sold, or moved to a related or successor entity, your information may transfer as part of that transaction.

We don't sell your personal information for money.

Shopify

Our store is hosted by Shopify, which collects and processes personal information to provide and improve its services. Shopify may also use certain information about your interactions with our store and other merchants to provide enhanced features, and in those cases Shopify is responsible for that processing. Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep your cart working, remember your preferences, understand how the Site is used, and measure and personalize ads. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but parts of the Site, such as your cart, may not work properly without them.

Your choices

  • Marketing emails and texts: unsubscribe using the link in any email, or reply STOP to any text. You'll still get order and shipping messages.
  • Targeted advertising: opt out through the Shopify Privacy Portal, or by emailing us. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as an opt-out request for that browser where required by law.
  • Cookies: manage them in your browser settings.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you, or get a copy of it
  • Correct inaccurate information
  • Delete your information
  • Opt out of targeted advertising or the "sale" or "sharing" of your information
  • Appeal our decision if we deny your request

To make a request, email support@gomountcase.com with the subject "Privacy Request." We may need to verify your identity first. You can also use an authorized agent, with proof that you've authorized them. We'll respond within the time required by law, and we won't treat you differently for exercising your rights.

Children

The Site isn't intended for children, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us their information, email us and we'll delete it.

Security and retention

We use reasonable safeguards, and checkout is encrypted through Shopify, but no system is perfectly secure. We keep your information only as long as we need it to fulfill orders, maintain your account, meet legal and tax obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our policies.

Third-party links

The Site may link to other websites and services, such as social media and carrier tracking. Their privacy practices are their own, so please review their policies.

Where your data is stored

We're based in the United States, and your information is processed in the United States and wherever our service providers operate.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We'll post the updated version here and change the "Last updated" date.
